The LMA Supreme is an airway management device commonly used during anesthesia or surgical procedures. Its design includes a ventilation tube connected to a mask that can form an effective seal around the larynx without the need for endotracheal intubation. This allows for safe and efficient ventilation of the patient during surgeries or short procedures.

The LMA Supreme can be used for both adults and children, particularly in minimally invasive surgeries or situations where prolonged mechanical ventilation is not required.

The LMA Supreme can be used for both adults and children, particularly in minimally invasive surgeries or situations where prolonged mechanical ventilation is not required.

1. Supreme dual-lumen laryngeal mask airway, made of PVC. An integrated gastric drainage channel helps reduce the risk of regurgitation while maintaining uninterrupted ventilation.
2. With two dedicated sealing points:
+ First sealing point at the oropharyngeal level, allowing ventilation pressures of up to 37 cm H₂O, optimized for situations requiring high airway pressures, obese patients, or to reduce the risk of regurgitation when the stomach has not been emptied.
+ Second sealing point at the esophageal level, allowing passive or active gastric suction without interfering with ventilation.
